DELIGHT FOR THE PALATE
Stringaio is the result of blending Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Vinified separately, fermented and aged in steel vats and second-passage barriques for 12 to 18 months. Its color is a deep ruby red with a lingering aromatic bouquet that mixes notes of cherry and blackberry with delicate hints of vanilla. In the mouth, it shows a pleasant savoriness and harmonious balance, thanks to the presence of soft tannins.
Located along the charming “wine route” through the picturesque hills of Montecarlo, La Torre Wine Resort is the perfect retreat for an exclusive experience of rural and food-and-wine tourism.
By appointment we organize guided tours of the winery with tastings, candlelight dinners, receptions, cooking classes, painting and yoga classes, as well as romantic and relaxing massages directly in your room.
