Opening hours and general rules

8:00 AM to 9:00 PM

From 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM

The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM until 10:00 AM

Pets are allowed in every accommodation, except for Studio Deluxe apartments

Reservations

Cancellation policy

  • For the apartments, free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. Afterwards, a penalty is due: 100% of the stay. A 30% deposit is required as a guarantee, to be made by bank transfer or credit card charge. For rooms, free cancellation up to 4 days before Afterward and in case of no-show, a charge of 100% of the stay will be applied.
  • “The customer who has paid the deposit has the right to transfer it to a person of their choosing under the same booking conditions.”
  • The reservation constitutes a contract, therefore any changes to the arrival/departure dates must always be agreed upon with the management.
  • The facility will not issue any refund in case of early departure.
